日常业务处理：
检验：
1、 都有哪些检验环节，这些环节何时进行质量检验？
检验环节主要有外购、外协、工序检验、产品检验、退货检验、库存检验
2、 这些环节的检验如果不合格的处理方式？
3、 是否有免检的情况，都有那些供应商或该供应商的一部分物料是免检的？
4、 记录检验合格与不合格的方式？
5、 使用抽样检验方案是否为ISO2859？
6、 如何处理客户的投诉？
7、 何时对样件进行管理？如何管理？
单据报表：
1、 都有哪些单据和报表，在何时使用？
2、 这些报表那些是在部门内部使用，那些是在那些是在部门内部使用各部门间使用？
组织机构
1、产品设计部门组织机构图，岗位设置及职责描述?

产品数据管理

4、是否存在可替代工序，请提供可替代工序清单及约束条件。
5、请提供所有自制物料（产成品、半成品）的工艺路线文件，包括时间定额、设备等。

7、工程变更的流程是怎样的？请画出流程图。
生产管理
1、半成品的种类有多少种？有无分类管理半成品？分类依据是怎样的？
2、原材料、采购件的种类有多少种？分类依据是怎样的？
3、是否设置物料的最高、最低及安全库存量？
4、产成品、半成品的生产批量，原材料、采购件的采购批量的批量订货策略是怎样制定的？是否分类制定？制定的分类依据是什么？
5、是否存在物料最小、最大批量设定，是否有批量增量约束？是否明确所有物料的提前期，包括采购提前期、制造提前期、运输提前期，变动提前期等。
6、生产过程中的瓶颈在哪里？是否与产品种类相关？
7、公司的工作日历与工厂的工作日历是否一致？请分别描述。
8、计划编制的流程及数据来源？并画出流程图。
